Each member are required to meet at least 10 points/month basis to prove they have participate in sustainable economy initiatives on selected Grace Consult partners platform.

Each points determinants are as follows:

Green Activities for Individuals/Families

• In house Farming producing vegetables / fruits

• In house electricity energy efficient/reduction 

• In house water treatment 

• In house efficient usage of non recycle able products

• Invest in green activities focus companies, such as: Hydroplant, etc

Green Activities for Company/Entrepreneurs:

• Proof of green activities in reducing the costs. 

  • For example: recycle trash that can be sold as a fertilizer to selected Grace Consult partners.

• Proof of building infrastructure that helps energy efficient/reduction, with selected Grace Consult partners.

  • For example: establishing solar pannel roof in its factory / office buildings.

• Proof of inventing sustainable products / services to help reduce polution/ energy consumptions (Note: sustainable means the resources needed to release the product/services to the market is not harmful to the environment).

• Proof of selling products / services to help reduce polution/ energy consumptions

Green Activities for Scientists/Researchers:

• Proof of inventions that can reduce energy consumption / other green activities enablers/efficiency enablers.

• Proof of research that can reduce energy consumption / other green activities enablers/efficiency enablers.

• Proof of recurring use on inventions/ research result (patents or other intellectual property).

All points shall be based on activities impact to the efficiency. The point system is derived from:

 

Total Points = Total amount spent without the green actions - Total amount spent after the green actions are implemented

The discrepancies between what was spent without green action vs after green actions implemented shall be added to your points. 

​

These points are calculated in terms of monetary terms with the same third party market value in determining what was spent without green actions. 

 

Examples:

​

1) Individuals/Family:

Without Green Actions

• Purchase vegetables and fruit costs / month = US$ 50

• Electricity bill / month = US$ 200

• Water bill / month = US$ 100

• Plastic usage / month = US$ 10 

Total consumption without green activities = US$ 360

​

With Green Actions

• Purchase vegetables and fruit costs / month = US$ 40

• Electricity bill / month = US$ 150

• Water bill / month = US$ 80

• Plastic usage / month = US$ 5 

Total consumption without green activities = US$ 275

​

Total savings with green actions = Total Points = US$ 360 - US$ 275 =US$ 85 / month = 85 points.

So you get an 85 points in our Community points tracker plus you saved US$ 85/month.

Let's try to save it to  30 years, we can all purchase a new house then without debt.

These savings then shall be charted each month to help others follow / find the most efficient green activities that can increase our savings.

The larger the savings, the faster you can buy your new car.

Companies/Entrepreneurs:

Without Green Actions

1. Electricity bill / month = US$ 5000

2. Water bill / month = US$ 1000

3. Plastic usage / month = US$ 100

4. Building solar powered rooftop for office building investment cost = US$ 200,000.

We calculate per month savings after solar electricity has been implemented vs before.
We calculate your investment costs also as part of savings, but accounted for based on its depreciable value. 

For example: your solar panelled rooftop is expected to be able fully used up to 8 years. So the total value you spent per month is = US$ 200.000 : 8 years : 12 months = US$ 2,083. 

We compare the depreciation amount with the total savings after you have implemented the full solar electricity.

So if then your electricity bill / month become US$ 4,000; you saved US$ 1,000/month in electricity bill and deducted with US$ 2,083/month on solar panel investment. This leave you with net investment of US$ 1,083/month -> we shall take into account to the total CO2 usage in US$ 1,000/ month electricity savings as your points.

Assume every US$ 1,000/ month = 5210 kwH electricity. Which in turn using coal powered plant in producing 52100 kwH electricity = savings of 104.2 CO2e (Kg).

We use Global standard for CO2 reduction every 1t CO2e (1 ton CO2 emission) = US$ 58 in Canada.

So the total savings for activities no. 4 is US$ 58 x 104.2 / 1000 = US$ 6 (rounded)

We shall then present this to your financial statements report to highlight your contribution to sustainable economy. It is now required by International Financial Reporting Standard ("IFRS").

5. Invent green house that can reduce CO2 effect and accellerate vegetables productions

 Calculated based on reduction on CO2 emission if we are not using green house.

​

6. Selling green house

Based on total CO2 reduction effect towards the total greenhouse sold per month basis. 

Total savings from green activities from 1-6 shall be calculated as your points and presented to your financial statements disclosure.

​

This will then approve your contribution towards the society and gain access to carbon credit amount from your Government.

After validated with respected professionals accreditation.

​

Please note: Grace Consult provides financial statements preparation services and third party validator services. It will also be presented in GC Entrepreneur/Community board achievements to help others purchase your products/services or follow your green activities. 

Scientists / Researchers:

• Proof of inventions that can reduce energy consumption / other green activities enablers/efficiency enablers:

  • Calculated based on total savings made after the invention is implemented (Before vs After method).

• Proof of research that can reduce energy consumption / other green activities enablers/efficiency enablers:

  • Calculated based on total savings made after the research is implemented (Before vs After method).

• Proof of recurring use on inventions:

  • Calculated based on total savings made after the inventions/research patent/ Intellectual Properties ("IP") is implemented (Before vs After method).

• Please note, Grace Consult also assist for patent/ IPs requests approval. Grace Consult also provide assessment services to calculate your invention/research impact in monetary terms.

 
So if the total savings is derived from CO2 savings, thus we calculate the amount to US$ Carbontax Price x number of tCO2e savings. 

(Please see Example on Entrepreneur section above).

This will then approve your contribution towards the society and gain access towards broader communities/Government to access your invention/research and implementation.

The Community also help validate with respected professionals scientists.

If you are a Family + Entrepreneur, you can add your points and combined them into 1.

No duplication for the entity name please. So you can not use the same entity/Company to be added for your other family member/acquaintance that is not within the entity ownership.

The total percentage of ownership also shall be accounted for in calculating the savings for each Individuals.

The purpose of these points shall be calculated as the total Grace Consult Local Community Contribution.

And with Cross Country Government approval, we expect to have carbon credit redemption from the total amount you have produced/recommended to produce. 

Yes, we can get money out of our activities and at the same time save ourselves from inefficiency/ poluted air. But let's not get our hopes high; let's just start first with saving ourselves from inefficiency.
